摘  要:由于二醋酸纤维耐热性差,目前这种面料做热转移数码印花比较少。研究了二醋酸纤维的软化点以及热转印机的热转印温度、转印速度和热压辊压力对数码印花效果的影响。结果表明,二醋酸纤维/阳离子染料可染改性涤纶热转移印花的优化工艺为:热转印温度190℃,热转印速度15 m/min,热压辊压力0.35 MPa,经过皂洗去除浮色,再加入聚醚型硅油柔软处理后,色牢度、透气性、吸湿性和舒适感更佳。Due to the poor heat resistance of diacetate fiber,this kind of fabric does less heat transfer digital printing.The effects of the softening point of diacetate fiber,the heat transfer temperature,transfer speed of the heat transfer machine and the air pressure of the hot press roller on digital printing were studied.The results showed that the optimal heat transfer printing process of diacetate/cationic dyeable modified poly⁃ester was as follows:heat transfer temperature 190℃,transfer speed 15 m/min,hot pressing roller pressure 0.35 MPa,soaping to remove floating color,adding polyether silicone oil to soften,the color fastness,air per⁃meability,moisture absorption and comfort were better.
