摘  要:将卤系阻燃剂八溴醚(BDDP)、磷系阻燃剂磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、硼酸盐系阻燃剂五硼酸铵分别与异氰酸酯基聚酰亚胺泡沫(IBPIF)发泡料浆混合,经自由发泡和高温固化工艺制得阻燃IBPIF,并对阻燃IBPIF宏观泡孔结构、表观密度及极限氧指数(LOI)进行测试。结果表明:添加BDDP和TPP的IBPIF出现泡孔结构破坏并有贯穿孔和开裂现象,且添加TPP会使IBPIF高温固化后严重收缩,添加五硼酸铵的IBPIF泡孔结构较为规整;添加量为甲组分与发泡黑料总质量20%时,添加BDDP,TPP和五硼酸铵的IBPIF的LOI分别为30.0%,30.2%,30.6%,与纯IBPIF相比,分别升高了35.75%,36.65%,38.46%,但IBPIF的LOI升高速率随TPP添加量的升高逐渐减缓。Flame retardant isocyanate-based polyimide foams(IBPIF)were prepared via free foaming and high temperature curing by mixing halogenated tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2.3-dibromopropyl ether)(BDDP),phosphorus triphenyl phosphate(TPP),borate ammonium pentaborate(APB)and IBPIF foaming paste.The macroporous structure,apprarent density and limiting oxygen index(LOI)of IBPIF samples were measured.The results show that the macroporous structure of IBPIF material prepared by mixing BDDP and TPP is destroyed,through hole and clear cracking effects are observed,and the addition of TPP leads to the serious shrinkage of IBPIF after high temperature curing process,however,the addition of APB maintains the regularity of macroporous structure of IBPIF material.When the mass fraction of flame retardants in foamed black material is 20%,the LOI values of IBPIF materials with BDDP,TPP and APB are 30.0%,30.2%and 30.6%,respectively,increased by 35.75%,36.65%and 38.46%than those of the pure IBPIF.The LOI increase rate of IBPIF gradually slows down with the increase of TPP content.
