摘　　要：对管式法低密度聚乙烯装置产品密度变化的影响因素进行分析,初步探究其密度调整的原理。通过调整生产工艺参数,观察产品密度的定量变化,并与密度调整原理相互验证,形成能够指导生产过程中产品密度调整的方法。在保持反应压力和反应温度不变的前提下,增加丙烯的注入量,可有效降低产品密度。The factors that influence the product density change in the tubular low density polyethylene unit is analyzed,and the principle of density adjustment is explored.The method that can effectively guide the adjustment of product density in the production process is formed by adjusting the production process parameters,observing the quantitative changes of product density,and verifying the principle of density adjustment.The product density is effectively reduced by injecting more propylene at constant reaction pressure and temperature.
