摘  要:采用旋转流变仪针对低密度聚乙烯进行振荡频率扫描测试,通过Cox-Merz规则和时温叠加原理对测试结果进行数据处理,并对低密度聚乙烯直接进行流动稳态测试,将结果进行对比。结果表明:将振荡频率扫描实验结果利用时温叠加原理和Cox-Merz规则处理后,可以测得更高剪切速率的数据,但是时温叠加实验比较繁琐,需要进行多个温度的动态频率扫描实验。An oscillation frequency sweep test was carried out on low-density polyethylene with rotating rheometer in this experiment.The test results were processed by use of Cox-Merz rule and the principle of time-temperature superposition and compared with the results of the direct flow steady-state test.The results show that the data of a larger shear rate can be obtained from oscillation frequency sweep test,processed by the principle of time-temperature superposition and the Cox-Merz rule.Higher shear rate can be measured by use of the principle of time-temperature superposition and the Cox-Merz rule,however,the experiment is more cumbersome and requires a dynamic frequency sweep experiment at multiple temperatures.
