摘 要:为了对太原市某肉鸽场乳鸽突发的PPMV-1和大肠杆菌病混合感染病例进行诊断,通过对发病乳鸽进行临床诊断和病理剖检,并采集病鸽的组织病料,进行RT-PCR检测、SPF鸡胚传代分离病毒和细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、药敏试验和动物回归试验,旨在制定出综合防治措施,对PPMV-1和大肠杆菌病混合感染疾病的预防和治疗提供指导意义。结果显示,该鸽场鸽群感染病毒为鸽源Ⅰ型副黏病毒(PPMV-1),分离菌为大肠杆菌。药敏试验表明,分离菌对氨基糖苷类药物部分高敏。根据诊断结果,紧急使用新城疫IV系疫苗免疫,同时联合使用丁胺卡那霉素,病情迅速得到控制。抗体检测发现,该鸽场种鸽新城疫抗体效价参差不齐,是诱发乳鸽感染PPMV-1的主要原因。动物回归试验进一步确定了PPMV-1分离株和大肠杆菌的致病性,乳鸽感染PPMV-1后发病率为100%,死亡率达80%;而雏鸡感染病毒后无明显临床症状,表明PPMV-1分离株对乳鸽和雏鸡的致病力存在差异,且混合感染比病毒和大肠杆菌单独感染死亡率高,在乳鸽养殖中要重视综合防控,防止PPMV-1和大肠杆菌混合感染的发生。To diagnose a sudden young pigeon co-infection of PPMV-1 and E.coli in a youngpigeon farm in Taiyuan,in this study,by clinical diagnosis and pathological autopsy of pathogenetic pigeons,disease tissue materials of pathogenetic pigeons were collected to conduct RT-PCR test,isolation and culture of specific-pathogen(SPF)chicken embryo virus and bacteria,biochemical identification,drug sensitivity test,and animal regression test for making comprehensive prevention and control measures and providing guidance for prevention and treatment of co-infection of PPMV-1 and E.coli.The results showed that the virus infecting pigeons in the pigeon farm was the pigeon paramyxovirus type 1(PPMV-1)and the isolated bacteria were Escherichia coli.Drug sensitivity test indicated that the isolated bacteria were highly sensitive to aminoglycosides.According to the diagnosis results,after co use of Newcastle disease IV vaccine and sensitive drug amikacin,the epidemic was controlled soon.The antibody detection found that the level of Newcastle disease antibody in breeding pigeons was uneven,which was a main reason for PPMV-1 infection.Animal regression test further identified the pathogenicity of PPMV-1 and E.coli,the morbidity and mortality of PPMV-1were 100%and 80%.But there was no obviously clinical symptoms in chicken,indicating that the virus had different pathogenicity for pigeons and chickens.The mortality of co-infection was higher than that of PPMV-1 or E.coli alone.It indicated that comprehensive control should be emphasized in young pigeons to prevent co-infection.
