针刺委中及阳陵泉穴配合腹式呼吸运动治疗急性肾绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察针刺委中及阳陵泉穴配合腹式呼吸运动治疗急性肾绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取我院2021年1~11月急诊门诊接诊的80例急性肾绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为针刺组与对照组各40例。针刺组采用毫针针刺双侧委中及阳陵泉穴,留针期间配合腹式呼吸运动;对照组采用复方双氯芬酸钠注射液联合间苯三酚注射治疗。观察两组患者的止痛效果及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后5、10、20 min时,两组患者的VAS评分比较,针刺组的止痛效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后30 min时,两组均有较好的止痛效果,VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,针刺组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺委中及阳陵泉穴配合腹式呼吸治疗急性肾绞痛的效果显著,且操作简单,不良反应发生率低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture Weizhong point and Yanglingquan point combined with abdominal breathing exercise in the treatment of acute renal colic.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute renal colic received in emergency outpatient department of our hospital from January to November 2021 were selected and divided into acupuncture group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was selected to acupuncture the bilateral Weizhong and Yanglingquan points combined with abdominal breathing exercise,while the control group was treated with compound diclofenac sodium injection combined with phloroglucinol for injection.The analgesic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The pain relief effect of acupuncture group was better than those of control group at 5,10 and 20min after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Both groups had better analgesic effect 30min after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture Weizhong and Yanglingquan points combined with abdominal breathing are effective in the treatment of acute renal colic,simple operation and low incidence of adverse reactions.
