天麻钩藤饮联合五音降压操治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察天麻钩藤饮联合五音降压操治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2022年1月我院心血管内科一区收治的肝阳上亢型高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和实验组各60例。对照组给予高血压病常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予天麻钩藤饮联合五音降压操干预治疗。比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效、中医症候评分及生活质量改善情况。结果 治疗后,对照组的总有效率为45%,实验组为83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组的中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的中医症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均高于治疗前,实验组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 天麻钩藤饮联合五音降压操治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的效果显著,能明显改善中医症候,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gastrodia elata and Uncaria tomentosa Decoction Combined with antihypertensive exercise of Wuyin theory in the treatment of hypertension patients with Liver-yang hyperactivity.Methods 120 hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver yang who admitted to the cardiovascular medicine division I of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment for hypertension,the experimental group was given Gastrodia Elata and Rhynchophylla Decoction combined with antihypertensive exercise of Wuyin theory on the basis of the treatment of control group.The clinical curative effects,score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom and improvement in quality of life for two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of control group was 45%,and that of the experimental group was 83.33%,there was statistic difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no statistic difference in the TCM symptom score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistic difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the quality of life scores in both groups were higher after treatment than before treatment,and quality of life scores in experimental group were higher than that of the control group quality of life scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodia Elata and Rhynchophylla Decoction combined with antihypertensive exercise of Wuyin theory has a obvious effect on the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang,which can improve the TCM symptoms and quality of life of patients,and i
