预见性护理在老年患者下肢骨折术后的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性护理在老年患者下肢骨折术后的临床价值。方法 选取2021年1~11月在我院行内固定手术治疗的160例下肢骨折老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予预见性护理干预,比较两组患者干预后的并发症发生率及护理满意度情况。结果 观察组患者的深静脉血栓形成、肺部感染、术后谵妄、心力衰竭、压疮、便秘的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.75%,对照组为88.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年下肢骨折术后实施预见性护理干预能有效降低常见并发症的发生率,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of predictive nursing in senile patients after lower limb fracture.Methods 160 elderly patients with lower limb fracture treated with internal fixation in our hospital from January to November 2021 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after intervention.Results The observation group of patients with deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary infection,postoperative delirium,heart failure,the incidence of pressure ulcers,and constipation were significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.75%,and control group was 88.75%,comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After lower limb fracture in senile patients,the predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of common complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
