射频技术结合内窥镜在额部除皱术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索射频结合内窥镜在额部除皱术中应用的临床疗效及安全性。方法:从2018年7月-2019年3月,对16例因额部皱纹就诊的就医者(年龄17~55岁)采用射频刀结合内窥镜的方法进行治疗,观察疗效及并发症。结果:治疗后,16例就医者额部皱纹均有明显改善,术后无明显并发症,轻微疼痛、肿胀等均可自行消退。术后就医者满意度高,满意率达93.75%。结论:射频结合内窥镜进行额部除皱术具有创伤小、恢复周期短、就医者满意度高、安全性高等优点,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of radio frequency combined with endoscope in forehead rhytidectomy.Methods From July 2018 to March 2019,16 patients(aged 17 to 55)with forehead wrinkles were treated with radio frequency scalpel combined with endoscope,the curative eff ect and complications were observed.Results After treatment,the wrinkles in the forehead area were signifi cantly improved in 16 patients.There was no signifi cant complication,and the slight pain and swelling after the operation could subside by themselves.Postoperative patient satisfaction was high,The satisfaction rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Radio frequency combined with endoscope for forehead rhytidectomy has the advantages of less trauma,short recovery period,high patient satisfaction and high safety.It is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
