Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗太田痣的疗效及对患者VAS评分和不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗太田痣的临床疗效及对疼痛评分和不良反应的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年5月笔者医院接诊的95例太田痣患者,随机分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例)。对照组采用咪喹莫特软膏涂抹治疗,观察组采用Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛评分、黑色素代谢指标,术后进行满意度评分并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为97.92%,总满意度为91.67%,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分、酪氨酸酶、α-黑素细胞刺激素水平显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);褪黑素水平显著升高,且观察组MLT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗太田痣疗效显著,可有效改善黑色素代谢、减轻患者疼痛,患者满意度较高,不良反应少且安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy of Q-switch emerald laser in the treatment of Ota nevus and its eff ect on VAS score and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 95 patients with Ota nevus received from January 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group was treated with imiquimod ointment application,and the observation group was treated with a Q-switch emerald laser treatment.The clinical effi cacy of the two groups was compared,the VAS score and melanin metabolism index before and after treatment,the satisfaction score was carried out after surgery and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The total clinical eff ective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,the total satisfaction rate was 91.67%,which were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%,which was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the VAS score,tyrosinase,α-melanocyte stimulating hormone levels in both groups were signifi cantly reduced(P<0.05),the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the melatonin level was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Q-switch emerald laser treatment of Ota nevus has remarkable curative eff ect,which can eff ectively improve melanin metabolism,reduce patient pain.It has a high level of satisfaction,less adverse eff ects,and is safe and eff ective.
