摘　　要：目的:分析他扎罗汀联合1 550 nm铒玻璃点阵激光修复面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的美学效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月笔者医院皮肤科接受治疗的72例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,依据单双号法分为对照组(n=36,应用他扎罗汀加用点阵CO_(2)激光)与观察组(n=36,应用他扎罗汀加用1 550 nm铒玻璃点阵激光治疗),比较两组治疗效果、急性炎症反应半定量评分、误工期、脱痂时间,治疗前后皮肤生理指标、临床痤疮瘢痕评估量表(ECCA)评分和面部整体美学效果改善评分量表(GAIS)评分,并对比治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);观察组急性炎症反应半定量评分、误工期、脱痂时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮肤生理指标中经表皮水分丢失、红斑指数、黑素指数均显著降低,角质层水分含量均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ECCA权重评分显著降低,GAIS评分显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感染性脓疱、色素沉着、持久性红斑总发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他扎罗汀联合1 550 nm铒玻璃点阵激光修复面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效显著,具有良好美学效果及安全性,可临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the cosmetic eff ect and safety of tazarotene combined with 1550 nm erbium glass laser on repairing facial atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 72 patients with facial atrophic acne scars who received treatment in dermatology clinic of the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into fractional CO_(2) laser group(odd number,n=36,using tazarotene plus fractional CO_(2) laser)and observation group(even number,n=36,adopting tazarotene plus 1550 nm erbium glass laser treatment)according to the odd-even number method.The treatment eff ects,acute infl ammatory response semi-quantitative score,time of work delay,time of scab removal,skin physiological indicators,échelle d'évaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acné(ECCA)score and global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared during treatment.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment in observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in control group(94.44%vs 77.78%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The semiquantitative score of acute infl ammatory response,time of work delay and time of scab removal in observation group were signifi cantly lower or shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin physiological indicators such as transepidermal water loss,erythema index and melanin index of the two groups were signifi cantly decreased while the water content of the stratum corneum was signifi cantly increased,and the indicators in 1550 nm erbium glass laser group after treatment were signifi cantly diff erent from those in fractional CO_(2) laser group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ECCA weighing score of the two groups was signifi cantly reduced(P<0.05).While the GAIS score was signifi cantly enhanced(P<0.05),and there were signifi cant diff erences in scores in observati
