摘 要:目的:探究同伴支持教育对假体置入乳房重建术患者家庭功能与社会支持及生命质量的影响。方法:回顾性收集医院2018年12月-2020年12月收治的102例假体置入乳房重建术患者临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组50例和观察组52例,对照组给予常规护理教育,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予同伴支持教育,比较两组患者家庭功能、社会支持、生命质量和心理情况。结果:护理教育干预后,两组患者的适应度、成长度、合作度、亲密度、情感度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的客观支持、主观支持及支持利用度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的生理、心理、社会关系、独立性、环境适应能力、宗教信仰或精神评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分值均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同伴支持教育能够有效改善假体置入乳房重建术患者的家庭功能、社会支持、生命质量及心理状态。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of peer support education on family and social support and quality of life of patients undergoing implant breast reconstruction.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients who underwent breast reconstruction with prosthesis implantation in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected.The patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to diff erent nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received peer support education on the basis of routine nursing.Family function,social support,quality of life and psychological states were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the scores for adaptation,g rowth,cooperation,intimacy and emotion of the two groups increased,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for objective support,subjective support and support utilization increased,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for physical domain,psychological domain,social relationship,independence,adaptive capacity to environment and religious belief or spirit increased,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support education can effectively improve family function,social support,quality of life and psychological states of patients undergoing implant breast reconstruction.
