心理干预配合综合护理对颌面外伤整形患者术后康复的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在综合护理的同时加强心理干预对颌面外伤整形缝合患者心理变化及术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月收治的100例行颌面部外伤清创整形缝合术患者,按随机数表法分为传统护理组和心理护理组,每组50例。传统护理组实施常规护理干预,心理护理组实施综合护理联合心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、生活质量评分、术后恢复情况、并发症及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前下降,且心理护理组低于传统护理组(P<0.05);干预后,心理护理组患者术后恢复优良率(94.00%)高于传统护理组(80.00%),P<0.05;干预后,两组患者生活质量评分均高于干预前,且心理护理组评分显著高于传统护理组(P<0.05);干预后,心理护理组患者护理满意率94.00%显著高于传统护理组护理满意率80.00%,P<0.05;干预后,心理护理组患者并发症发生率(4.00%)低于传统护理组(16.00%),P<0.05。结论:在颌面外伤整形缝合患者的护理中,在综合护理的基础上加强心理护理,可以调节患者的生理和心理应激反应,促进患者术后恢复,减少相应并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度,具有积极的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention and comprehensive nursing on the psychological changes and postoperative recovery of patients with maxillofacial trauma plastic suture.Methods 100 patients with maxillofacial trauma debridement,plastic and suture from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into traditional nursing group and psychological nursing group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Conventional nursing intervention was carried out in the traditional nursing group and comprehensive nursing combined with psychological intervention in the psychological nursing group.The Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,quality of life scores,postoperative recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were decreased compared with before intervention,and psychological nursing group was lower than traditional nursing group(P<0.05).After intervention,the recovery rate of psychological nursing group(94.00%)was higher than that of traditional nursing group(80.00%),P<0.05.After intervention,the scores of quality of life in 2 groups were higher than before intervention,and the scores in psychological nursing group were signifi cantly higher than those in traditional nursing group(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate of psychological nursing group was 94.00%,signifi cantly higher than that of traditional nursing group 80.00%,P<0.05.After intervention,the incidence of complications in psychological nursing group(4.00%)was lower than that in traditional nursing group(16.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing of patients with maxillofacial trauma plastic suture,strengthening psychological nursing on the basis of comprehensive nursing can adjust the patient's physiological and psychological stress response.It has positive clinical application value to promote patients'postoperative recove
