尿道外口镜下尿道肉阜电切术治疗尿道肉阜115例疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道外口镜下尿道肉阜电切术治疗尿道肉阜的临床疗效和安全性。方法对2008年11月至2022年6月115例术前诊断为尿道肉阜的患者实施尿道外口镜下尿道肉阜电切术,观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、拔除尿管时间、术中术后并发症以及手术效果。结果115例手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间(18.2±8.9)min,术中出血极少,术后住院时间(4.9±3.8)d,中位拔除尿管时间为7天。术后随访1~91个月,无尿道狭窄及肿物复发,患者原有的血尿、尿痛及排尿不适症状均已消失。结论尿道外口镜下尿道肉阜电切术治疗尿道肉阜安全可靠,不仅精准、手术时间短,而且并发症少、恢复快,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of urethral caruncle electrotomy under external urethroscope in the treatment of urethral caruncle,in order to further promote this technology.Methods From November 2008 to June 2022,we performed urethral caruncle electrotomy under external urethroscope for 115 patients with preoperative diagnosis of urethral caruncle.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,catheter removal time,intraoperative and postoperative complications and surgical effect were reviewed.Results All the surgeries of 115 cases were completed successfully.The average operation time was(18.2±8.9)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was minimal.The postoperative hospital stay was(4.9±3.8)d,and the median time of catheter removal was 7 d.The postoperative follow-up was 1 to 91 months,and there were no urethral stricture and tumor recurrence.The patients'original symptoms of hematuria,urodynia and urination discomfort have disappeared.Conclusion Urethral caruncle electrotomy under external urethroscope for the treatment of urethral carbuncle is safe and reliable.It is not only precise,has short operation time,but also has few complications,quick recovery,and definite curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
