城乡视角下河南省居民两周患病及门诊卫生服务利用分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省城乡居民两周患病及门诊卫生服务利用情况,为医疗卫生政策的制定提供数据支持。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,在河南省抽取29786名居民作为调查对象,采用国家第六次卫生服务调查方案入户调查收集数据。结果共调查两周患病居民11193例,两周患病率为37.6%,慢性病延续至两周内占70.8%;41.6%的居民两周前就诊,50.6%的居民两周内就诊,未治疗居民占1.8%。两周患病治疗情况城乡之间不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=906.41,P<0.001)。结论城乡居民门诊卫生服务需求量增加,居民就医流向基本趋于合理,但基层医疗卫生机构网络还需要进一步完善。ObjectiveTo know the two-week illness of urban and rural residents and the utilization of outpatient health services in Henan Province,so as to provide data support for the formulation of medical and health policies.Methods Through multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling,29786 residents were selected as the survey objects in Henan Province.Through the scheme of the sixth national health service survey,household inquiry survey was carried out to collect data.Results11193 cases were investigated for two weeks,the two-week prevalence rate was 37.6%,and 70.8%of the chronic diseases continued within two weeks;41.6%residents visited the hospital two weeks ago and 50.6%within two weeks.Untreated residents accounted for 1.8%,the two-week treatment was different between urban and rural areas,and there was significant difference between urban and rural areas(χ^(2)=906.41,P<0.001).ConclusionThe demand for outpatient health services of urban and rural residents has increased,and the flow of residents’medical treatment has basically become reasonable,but the network of grass-roots medical and health institutions needs to be further improved.
