摘  要:目的通过调查分析2020年慈溪市各级相关机构疾病预防控制人力资源现状,为优化各级相关机构人力资源提供依据。方法采用问卷法、问询法收集2020年慈溪市市级、镇级、村级351家各级相关机构从事疾病预防控制工作并在岗的专、兼职疾控人员的数量、性别等数据,并进行描述性分析。结果慈溪市共有专、兼职疾控人员433名,男、女性别比例为1∶3.20;>24~44岁年龄段占76.44%;学历以大学本科为主,占57.74%;专业以医学相关专业为主,占67.44%,其中,公共卫生与预防医学专业占23.79%,护理专业占21.71%;职称以初级职称最多,占36.49%。从事疾控工作年限以≤5年者最多,占52.19%。各级相关机构专、兼职疾控人员特征比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各级相关机构人力资源配置难以满足新形势下疾病预防控制工作的需要。应优化疾病预防控制人力资源配置,加强基层疾病预防控制人才队伍建设。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of human resources in related institutions in Cixi City in 2020,so as to provide basis for the optimization of related institutions.Methods Questionnaire and inquiry were conducted.The data of all the full-time and part-time Centers for diseases Prevention and Control(CDC)staff from 351related institutions including city level,town level and village level were collected for analysis,such as toal number,gender and etc.Results There were 433 full-time and part-time CDC personnel in total.Male to female sex ratio was 1:3.20 in CiXi.The percentage of people aged older than 24-44 was 76.44%.The education was mainly bachelor’s degree,accounting for 57.74%.The primary major was medicine,accounting for 67.44%.Public health and preventive medicine,nursing account for 23.79%and 21.71%.The mainly professional title was primary,accounting for 36.49%.The length of service was mostly less than 5 years,accounting for 52.19%.The characteristics of full-time and part-time staff from grassroots disease control institutions had significant differences(P<0.05).CDC human resources in 6districts were unbalanced.Conclusion The allocation of human resources in related institutions is difficult to meet the needs of work under the new situation.It should optimize the allocation structure,strengthen the primary CDC talent team construction.
