摘　　要：目的了解云南省昆明市娱乐场所男性性工作者(Male sex workers,MSWs)的人口学特征、性行为特点及HIV/梅毒感染状况,分析其影响因素,提供针对性干预措施。方法在昆明市娱乐场所招募调查对象,通过定量问卷调查及定性调查收集相关信息,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共调查MSWs198人,平均年龄(25.2±5.7)岁。HIV阳性率为0,梅毒阳性率为3.0%,艾滋病知识知晓率为82.3%。76.3%的MSWs最近1个月与女性客人发生过性行为,35.4%的MSWs最近1个月与男性客人发生过性行为,两者安全套使用率较低;最近1年内参加HIV检测的比例仅为29.8%,听说过暴露前后预防服药的分别为14.6%、19.2%。结论MSWs艾滋病/性病的防范意识较薄弱,坚持使用安全套的比例较低,HIV检测比例低,极易成为异性恋和同性恋人群之间传播HIV的桥梁,应加强对MSWs的宣传教育和行为干预,定期开展HIV和性病检测,遏制艾滋病/性病的传播和蔓延。Objective To understand the demographic and sexual behavior characteristics and HIV/syphilis infection status of male sex workers(MSWs)in entertainment venues in Kunming,Yunnan Province,analyze their influencing factors,and provide targeted interventions.Methods Survey respondents were recruited from entertainment venues in Kunming,and relevant information was collected through quantitative questionnaires and qualitative surveys,and SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 198 MSWs were investigated with a mean age of(25.2±5.7)years.The HIV positive rate was 0,the syphilis positive rate was 3.0%,and the knowledge rate of AIDS was 82.3%.76.3%of MSWs had sex with female guests in the last 1 month and 35.4%of MSWs had sex with male guests in the last1 month,both with low condom use.Only 29.8%had been tested for HIV within the last 1 year,and 14.6%and 19.2%had heard of pre-and post-exposure prophylaxis,respectively.Conclusion MSWs have a weaker awareness of HIV/STD prevention,a lower rate of consistent condom use,and a lower rate of HIV testing,which is highly likely to become a bridge for HIV transmission between heterosexual and homosexual populations.Public education and behavioral interventions for MSWs should be strengthened,and HIV and STD testing should be conducted regularly to curb the transmission and spread of HIV/STD.
