摘　　要：目的分析浙江省基本公共卫生服务项目4种重点疾病的发病、管理情况和控制趋势,为进一步明确项目工作重点和方向提供依据。方法收集2015—2020年浙江省高血压、糖尿病、严重精神障碍、肺结核项目监测数据,描述性分析发病、管理和控制趋势。结果2015—2020年,浙江省管理率、规范管理率、控制率平均值高血压为43.93%、64.51%、59.54%,2型糖尿病为43.44%、63.39%、55.14%。严重精神障碍患者管理率、规范管理率、患者稳定率平均值分别为52.94%、82.46%、93.62%。肺结核报告发病率从50.80/10万降至41.92/10万,管理率和规则服药率稳定在95%以上。结论严重精神障碍患者的管理现状存在被高估的可能。高血压和2型糖尿病社区管理可借鉴结核病防控策略,将高危人群和青少年慢性病预防纳入基本公共卫生服务项目。Objective To analyze the incidence,management status and control trend of four major diseases,so as to provide basis for adjusting focus of basic public health service projects in Zhejiang Province.Methods Surveillance data of hypertension,diabetes,severe mental disorders,and tuberculosis programs in Zhejiang Province from 2015 to 2020were collected,and trends in incidence,management,and control were analyzed descriptively.Results From 2015 to2020,the average rates of management,standardized management and control of hypertension in Zhejiang Province were43.93%,64.51%and 59.54%,and 43.44%,63.39%and 55.14%for type 2 diabetes.The average of management rate,standardized management rate and patient stability rate of patients with severe mental disorder were 52.94%,82.46%and 93.62%respectively.The reported incidence of tuberculosis decreased from 50.80/100000 to 41.92/100000,and the management rate and regular medication rate remained stable at over 95%.Conclusion There is a possibility that the current status of management of patients with severe mental disorders is overestimated.The community management of hypertension and type 2 diabetes can be based on the strategy of tuberculosis prevention and control,and the prevention of chronic diseases in high-risk groups and adolescents can be included in the basic public health service program.
