摘 要:目的了解深圳市国家免疫规划疫苗接种报告情况,为推进深圳市免疫规划工作和制定相关免疫政策提供参考。方法从中国免疫规划信息管理系统中导出2017—2019年深圳市常规免疫接种情况报表,利用Microsoft Excel 2010软件对相关数据进行汇总分析,采用报告完整性、比值(R)值、脱漏率等指标对免疫接种情况进行评价。结果2017—2019年深圳市22剂次免疫规划疫苗接种率均在99.00%以上,平均接种率为99.76%、99.54%、99.65%;深圳市免疫规划疫苗接种报告完整性为99.58%。以脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(oral poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccinee,OPV)为基准评价免疫接种率,2017年、2019年深圳市整体以可信居多,2018年以可疑居多;以OPV为基准评价脱漏率,2017年各区脱漏率绝对值为4.04%~17.13%,2018年为6.34%~16.84%,2019年为1.32%~14.32%。结论深圳市国家免疫规划疫苗接种率存在虚高现象,报告质量有待进一步提高。应重视对评价结果为不可信疫苗和相关辖区疫苗接种报告的质量审核,各级主管部门要加强查漏补种工作。Objective To assess coverage of National Immunization Program(NIP)vaccines in Shenzhen from 2017 to2019.Methods The routine report of NIP in Shenzhen from 2017 to 2019 was derived from the China Immunization Program Information Management System.The relevant data were summarized and analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2010.The vaccination rate was evaluated by the inderes of report integrity,Ratio(R)value evaluation and leakage rate.Results The reported vaccination rates of 22 doses of NIP in Shenzhen from 2017 to 2019 were all above 99%,with the average vaccination rates of 99.76%(2017),99.54%(2018)and 99.65%(2019).The integrity of routine immunization report in Shenzhen was 99.58%.R value was used to evaluate the vaccination rate based on oral poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccinee(OPV).In 2017 and 2019,the majority of the population in Shenzhen was trusted,and in 2018,the majority was suspicious.Using OPV to evaluate the leakage rate,the absolute value of the leakage rate in each district was4.04%~17.13%in 2017,6.34%~16.84%in 2018,and 1.32%~14.32%in 2019.Conclusion The reported vaccination rate of NIP in Shenzhen is artificially high,and the quality of the reports needs to be further improved.More attention should be paid to the quality audit of the reports on the evaluation of unreliable vaccines and related districts vaccination.
