摘 要:目的探讨研制的“中国6~17岁儿童身体活动问卷”与运动手环测量儿童身体活动的相关性。方法在北京市延庆区和重庆市万州区选取4所学校6个班级共120名学生参与调查。采用Spearman等级相关方法和BlandAltman方法检验问卷与运动手环测量身体活动时间的相关性,运用广义多元线性回归方法建立校正模型,提高问卷测量的准确性。结果问卷调查与运动手环测量总体身体活动时间的相关系数(r)为0.38(P<0.001),测量中等及以上强度身体活动时间的r为0.22~0.32(P<0.019)。建立的总体身体活动时间、中高强度身体活动时间和身体活动能量消耗的校正模型可分别解释45.1%、41.4%和46.9%运动手环测量的总变异。结论问卷调查与运动手环测量我国6~17岁少年儿童身体活动的相关性低。使用校正模型可以提高问卷测量的准确性。Objective To explore the correlation between“Chinese Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children Aged 6~17 Years”and wristband activity monitor for measuring physical activity in children.Methods A total of 120 students from 6 classes in 4 schools in Yanqing District,Beijing City and Wanzhou District,Chongqing City were selected.Spearman’s rank correlation and Bland-Altman method were mainly used to examine the correlation between the questionnaire and wristband activity monitor for measuring time spent in physical activity.Multivariate linear regression was used to develop calibration equations,and improve the accuracy of the questionnaire.Results Correlation coefficients(r)of questionnaire survey and wristband activity monitor was 0.38(P<0.001).For time spent in physical activity of the moderate and higher intensity,r ranged from 0.22 to 0.32(P<0.019).The calibration equations for time spent in overall physical activity,moderate and higher physical activity,and physical activity energy expenditure accounted for 45.1%,41.4%and 46.9%of total variation in measures of wristband activity monitor.Conclusion Correlations between questionnaire and wristband activity monitor for measuring physical activity are low to moderate in Chinese children and adolescents aged 6~17 years.Calibration models can increase the accuracy of the questionnaire measures.
