摘　　要：目的了解太原市基层疾病预防控制中心水质卫生检测能力,为今后基层疾控中心实验室能力建设和提升水质卫生检测能力提供依据。方法利用2014—2020年太原市每年进行一次疾控业务工作考核的机会,对太原市10个县(市、区)疾病预防控制中心水质卫生检测能力进行调查。结果太原市10个县(市、区)疾病预防控制中心实验室平均可以开展水质卫生检测项目29.8项,开展率为87.6%。在开展的水质卫生检测项目中,微生物指标检测的开展率最高,为100.0%;毒理指标检测的开展率最低,为79.0%。2014—2020年太原市基层疾病预防控制中心实验室开展水质卫生检测项目数明显增加。结论太原市基层疾病预防控制中心实验室水质卫生检测能力逐年提升,但总体水平不高。政府应加大对基层疾病预防控制中心实验室人力和物力的支持力度,为顺利开展饮用水水质卫生监测工作提供保障。Objective To study the testing capacity of drinking water in basic centers for disease prevention and control in Taiyuan City in order to provide reference for the construction of basic centers for disease control and prevention and the improvement of testing capacity of the quality of drinking water in the future.Methods The professional work was assessed once a year from 2014 to 2020,and the testing capacity of drinking water of 10 disease control institutions at the county(city and district)level were surveyed.Results 29.8 experiments were carried out at county(city and district)level,accounting for 87.6%.Among the water testing projects,the highest testing rate was microbiological indicator,which is100.0%.And the lowest testing rate is toxicological indicator,which is 79.0%.From 2014 to 2020,the number of water quality testing projects is increasing significantly in basic centers for disease control and prevention in Taiyuan City from 2014 to 2020.Conclusion However,the testing capacity of drinking water in basic level centers for disease control and prevention in Taiyuan is not high.Government should increase the investment,including human and material resources,to safeguard the task of water quality monitoring.
