摘 要:为研究受限空间内甲烷-氢气-空气混合气体爆炸特性参数分布规律,在20 L球形压力容器装置内开展甲烷-氢气-空气混合气体爆炸实验,探究掺氢比变化对当量比为1的甲烷-氢气-空气混合气体爆炸过程的影响;运用Fluent数值模拟软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,结合层流有限速率燃烧模型,探究混合气体爆炸过程中燃烧特性(爆炸温度、压力、密度等)与反应时间的变化规律。研究结果表明:爆炸过程中,添加一定氢气时爆炸压力峰值、爆炸压力上升速率峰值增大,而到达峰值时间缩短;反应初期,中心点火处密度下降,反应釜各处密度持续上升;距离点火点越远,密度变化越大,反应釜中压力分布基本相同。研究结果可为甲烷-氢气-空气混合燃料的安全使用提供相关参考。In order to study the distribution law of the explosive characteristics parameters of methane-hydrogen-air gas mixture in the confined space,the explosion experiment of methane-hydrogen-air gas mixture was carried out in the 20 L spherical pressure vessel device to explore the influence of the change of hydrogen doping ratio on the explosion process of methane-hydrogen-air gas mixture with an equivalent ratio of 1.The change law of combustion characteristics(explosion temperature,pressure,density,etc.)and reaction time during the explosion of gas mixture was explored by using the e standard turbulent flow model combined with the laminar flow finite rate combustion model in the Fluent numerical simulation software.The results showed that during the explosion process,the peak explosion pressure and the peak rise rate of explosion pressure increased with the addition of hydrogen,while the time to reach the peak shortened.At the beginning of reaction,the density at the central ignition position decreased,and the density increased continuously at each point of the reactor.The farther away from the ignition point,the greater the density change,and the pressure distribution in the reactor was basically the same.The results can provide reference for the safe use of mixed fuel.
