“黜浊培本”内涵及在恶性肿瘤辨治中的应用

摘　　要：总结“黜浊培本”的学术内涵及在恶性肿瘤辨治中的应用。通过概述“癌浊”病机理论,结合现代研究从“罢黜癌浊”与“培植本元”两方面论述“黜浊培本”观点及治法。应用“黜浊”法时需辨证选择不同的具体治法,提出“黜浊五法”,即芳香化浊、解毒清浊、化瘀散浊、通腑泄浊、淡渗利浊;因“正气亏虚”是癌病的根本,培植本元在恶性肿瘤治疗的全过程中起重要作用,故提出“培本三法”,即补益气血、健运脾胃、滋补肝肾,并分别归纳各法常用药物。同时提出“黜浊培本”临证应用要点,即重视疏利三焦、治取中州之法,明辨五大关系、分清主次侧重,提倡多维立体、动态辨治理念。This paper summarized the academic connotation of“eliminating turbidity and banking up essence”and its application in the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumor.We discussed the concept and treatment method from“eliminating turbidity”and“banking up essence”by summarizing the pathogenesis theory of“cancer turbidity”and taking considerations of modern researches.When“eliminating turbidity”,the treatment method should be selected based on the syndromes.Therefore,“five turbidity-eliminating methods”is put forward,which are removing the turbid with aromatic medicinals,resolving toxins and clearing the turbid,dissolving stasis and dissipating the turbid,dredging the bowels and purging the turbid,percolate and drain the turbid with bland medicinals.As“healthy qi depletion”is the root of cancer,banking up the essence plays an important role in the whole process of treating malignant tumors.Therefore,the“three methods of banking up the essence”is put forward,that is,supplementing and boosting qi and blood,invigorating spleen and stomach,nourishing liver and kidney,and the corresponding medicinals are summarized.Simultaneously,the key points of clinical application of“eliminating turbidity and banking up essence”is proposed,which are paying attention to the method of dredging triple energizer and treating the middle,distinguishing the five major relationships and differentiating the primary from the secondary problem,and advocating multi-dimensional and dynamic differentiation and governance.
