摘　　要：总结王庆其教授从“半从痢治,半从疡疗”论治溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验。认为溃疡性结肠炎病机多属本虚标实,以脾胃气血亏虚为本、湿热毒蕴为标。提出“半从痢治,半从疡疗”为治疗总则,并进行分期论治,发作期半从清热利湿解毒以治痢、半从解毒消痈排脓以疗疡,自拟加减清肠汤;缓解期半从补中升阳固脱以治痢、半从健脾托疮生肌以疗疡,自拟加减养膜汤。同时注重随症及辨大便性状进行加减,病情平稳时用膏方补虚扶正、防止复发。This paper summarized the clinical experience of WANG Qingqi in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)from the perspective of“half by treating dysentery,and half by treating ulcer”.The pathogenesis of UC is mostly the root deficiency and branch excess,with qi and blood depletion in the spleen and stomach as the root,and accumulation of damp-heat toxin as the branch.It is put forward that“half by treating dysentery,and half by treating ulcer”should be taken as the general principle of treatment,and staged treatment is recommended.During the attack period,half treatment is clearing heat,draining dampness and resolving toxins for dysentery,while half is from resolving toxins,eliminating abscess and expelling pus to treat ulcers,and the self-made Modified Qingchang Decoction(加减清肠汤)can be used.During the remission period,half is from supplementing,raising yang and rescuing from desertionthe to treat dysentery,while half is by fortifying the spleen,closing sore and engendering flesh to treat ulcers,and self-made Modified Yangmo Decoction(加减养膜汤)is suggested.Simultaneously,it is recommended to modify the formulas according to the symptoms and the stool properties,and use herbal paste to supplement deficiency,reinforce healthy qi,and prevent recurrence when the condition is stable.
