摘 要:为了研究机械端盖用含钪新型铝合金的铸造性能,进行了不同钪含量(质量分数,%)铝合金Al-7Si-0.3Mgx Sc(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)的显微组织与铸造性能测试与分析。结果表明:随钪含量增加,合金内部组织先细化后粗化,铸造性能先提高后下降。铝合金Al-7Si-0.3Mg-x Sc的钪含量优选为0.3%。与不添加钪合金相比,Al-7Si-0.3Mg-0.3Sc合金的铝液流程长度测试值增幅达12.1%,裂纹长度测试值减幅达22.4%,合金流动性和抗热裂性得到明显提高,合金铸造性能得到显著改善。In order to study the casting properties of a new aluminum alloy containing scandium for mechanical end cap,the microstructure and casting properties of the aluminum alloy Al-7Si-0.3Mg-x Sc(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5) with different scandium contents were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of scandium content, the internal structure of the alloy is refined first and then coarsened, and the casting properties are improved first and then decreased. The scandium content of the aluminum alloy Al-7Si-0.3Mg-x Sc is preferably 0.3%. Compared with those of the alloy without scandium, the test value of aluminum liquid flow length of Al-7Si-0.3Mg-0.3Sc alloy increases by 12.1%, and the measured value of crack length decreases by 22.4%. The fluidity and hot crack resistance of the alloy are significantly improved, and the casting properties of the alloy are significantly improved.
