摘 要:水玻璃的老化现象会使粘结能力和效率降低,水玻璃砂的强度下降。为了减小老化对水玻璃砂性能的影响,对水玻璃进行了超声波振荡改性处理。研究了连续超声处理和间断超声处理对水玻璃砂性能的影响。结果表明,水玻璃超声处理的最佳时间为30 min,最佳超声功率为54 W,此时水玻璃砂24 h终强度可以提高15.2%,即时强度提高52.1%。间断超声处理的效果优于连续超声处理,且3次间断超声处理效果最佳。Aging phenomenon of sodium silicate will reduce the bonding ability and efficiency, and the strength of sodium silicate bonded sand will decrease. In order to reduce the influence of the aging phenomenon on the properties of sodium silicate bonded sand, ultrasonic oscillation modification of sodium silicate was carried out. The effects of continuous ultrasonic treatment and discontinuous ultrasonic treatment of sodium silicate on the properties of sodium silicate bonded sand were studied. The results show that the optimal time ultrasonic, power for the ultrasonic treatment of sodium silicate is 30 min,54W respectively, in which case the 24 h final strength of sodium silicate sand can be increased by 15.2%, the immediate strength is increased by 52.1%. The effect of discontinuous ultrasonic treatment is better than that of continuous ultrasonic treatment, and the three times of discontinuous ultrasonic treatment is the best.
