摘  要:基于Simufact Forming有限元软件对Ti2AlNb钛合金径-轴向环件轧制过程进行了数值模拟,研究了不同初轧温度对驱动辊径向轧制力能参数以及环件成形后的等效应变、温度的影响规律。结果表明:随着环件成形温度的升高,在环件轴向截面,等效应变标准差分布越来越均匀,而温度标准差分布差异却越来越大;在环件轧制初期,温度对轧制力影响显著,驱动辊轧制力增加速度及其峰值随环件成形温度的升高逐渐降低;在环件轧制后期,温度对轧制力的影响很小。Based on Simufact Forming finite element software, the radial-axial rolling process of Ti2AlNb titanium alloy ring was simulated numerically. The effects of different initial rolling temperatures on the force and energy parameters of driving roller radial rolling and the equivalent strain and temperature of the ring after forming were studied. The results show that with the increase of the forming temperature of the ring, the distribution of the equivalent strain standard deviation is more and more uniform in the axial section of the ring, but the difference of the temperature standard deviation distribution is more and more large. At the initial stage of ring rolling, the temperature has a significant effect on the rolling force, and the speed and peak value of the driving roll’s rolling force decrease with the increase of ring forming temperature. At the later stage of ring rolling, the temperature has little effect on rolling force.
