摘  要:反挤压能够保证锻件的流线。本文制定了某型发动机TC4钛合金大型风扇增压级鼓筒锻件的反挤压工艺路线。通过有限元数值模拟得出合理的模锻中间坯尺寸和锻造参数,在400MN液压机上采用反挤压成形的风扇增压级鼓筒锻件的室温拉伸、高温拉伸、冲击、断裂韧性等力学性能优异,能够获得等轴初生α相含量在35%~40%的双态组织。Back-extrusion can ensure the streamline of forgings. The back-extrusion process route for TC4 titanium alloy large fan pressurized class drum forging of the certain type of an engine was worked out. Reasonable size and forging parameters of middle blank for die forging were obtained through finite element numerical simulation. The room temperature tension, high temperature tension, impact, fracture toughness and other mechanical properties of the drum forged on 400MN hydraulic machine are excellent, which can obtain the double state microstructure with equiaxial primary α phase content of 35%-40%.
