摘  要:冷轧高强钢含有较多合金元素,如Mn,Si,Al。在退火炉还原性气氛中,合金元素较铁元素更容易发生氧化,在带钢表层或次表层形成氧化富集,合金元素的氧化物往往以氧化物颗粒形式分布于晶界附近。为了研究不同露点、不同退火炉加湿位置对带钢表面合金元素氧化行为的影响,采用热镀锌模拟器模拟产线退火炉各段工况。在低露点条件下,带钢表面易于形成Mn元素的氧化富集,并形成粗大的氧化物颗粒,易对带钢表面质量造成不利影响。通过在适当温度段进行露点控制,可有效改善合金元素在带钢表面的富集氧化行为,有效改善带钢表面质量。Cold-rolled high strength steel contains many alloying elements, such as Mn, Si, Al. In the reductive atmosphere of annealing furnace, alloy elements are easier to oxidize than iron elements, forming oxidative enrichment on the surface or sub-surface of strip. Oxides of alloy elements are often distributed near grain boundaries in the form of oxide particles. In order to study the effect of different dew point and humidifying position of annealing furnace on the oxidation behavior of alloy elements on strip surface, hot-dip galvanizing simulator was used to simulate the working conditions of annealing furnace of production line. Under the condition of low dew point, it is easy to form oxidative enrichment of Mn element on the surface of strip steel and form coarse oxide particles, which may cause adverse effects on the surface quality of strip steel. By controlling dew point in appropriate temperature range, the enrichment and oxidation behavior of alloy elements on strip surface can be effectively improved, and the surface quality of strip can be effectively improved.
