摘  要:某行星架精锻生产自动化、智能化程度较低。对此行星架精锻成形工艺、热处理参数、控制系统、控制流程进行研究和分析。基于PLC设计了行星架精锻成形智能控制系统和HMI人机操作界面,并应用于行星架精锻实际生产中。结果表明:设计的行星架精锻智能控制系统能实现对温度、速度、锻压压力等关键参数进行智能调节和自动控制,实现行星架精锻生产的连续化、自动化、智能化。该研究能为行星架精锻自动化、智能化、数字化升级提供理论依据及技术支持。The precision forging production of a planetary carrier has a low automated and intelligent degree. The precision forging process, heat treatment parameters, control system and control process were studied and analyzed. Based on PLC, the intelligent control system and HMI human-machine operation interface were designed. It was also applied to the actual production of the planetary carrier precision forging. The results show that the designed planetary carrier precision forging intelligent control system can realize the intelligent adjustment and automatic control of temperature, speed, forging pressure and other key parameters, and realize the continuous, automatic and intelligent planetary carrier precision forging production. The research can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the automation, intelligence and digital upgrading of planetary carrier precision forging.
