摘  要:本文研究了山东危害忍冬新纪录种——忍冬皱背蚜(Trichosiphonaphis lonicerae Uye)在19、22、25、28℃和31℃5个恒定温度下,1~4龄若虫的发育历期、成虫寿命、产仔历期和产仔量。结果表明,在19~31℃温度范围内,忍冬皱背蚜各龄期若虫发育历期、成虫寿命和产仔历期随温度的上升而缩短,25℃时产仔量最大,平均单头雌虫产33.03头若蚜;忍冬皱背蚜1~4龄若虫、全若虫期发育起点温度分别为14.28、15.99、13.36、12.95、14.66℃,有效积温分别为26.43、23.15、30.18、27.81、127.12 d·℃。建立的发育起点温度和发育速率的相关式拟合度较高。本研究结果可为忍冬皱背蚜的预测预报和综合防治提供科学参考。The developmental duration of 4-instar nymphs,adult longevity,reproductive period,and fecundity(the number of offspring born)of Trichosiphonaphis lonicerae,a new record species of Lonicera japonica in Shandong,were studied at five constant temperatures of 19℃,22℃,25℃,28℃,and 31℃.The results showed that the developmental duration of nymphs was shortened as the temperature increased from 19℃to 31℃.The developmental threshold and accumulated degree days were 14.66℃ and 127.12 d·℃,respectively.The adult longevity and reproductive period were shortened with increasing temperature.The fecundity had a curvilinear response to temperature,with an optimum temperature of 25 C.The mean number of offspring born by a female was 33.03±0.59 at 25℃.These results can serve as a scientific reference for the prediction and comprehensive control of T.lonicerae.
