摘 要:基于对甘肃冷凉高海拔河西灌区春播蚕豆田间杂草优势群落的调查,以68份蚕豆种质资源为试材,开展蚕豆对苗后除草剂咪唑乙烟酸抗性鉴定。结果表明,蚕豆3叶1心期施用5%咪唑乙烟酸水剂2 500 mL/hm^(2),药后40 d调查发现蚕豆均表现不同程度的药害,初步鉴定了耐咪唑乙烟酸蚕豆种质8份,占参试材料的11.76%;中耐种质23份,占参试材料的33.82%;中敏材料32份,占参试材料的47.06%;敏感材料5份,占参试材料的7.35%。结合蚕豆农艺性状及抗除草剂等级相关性分析,表明株高、结荚数、产量等性状可以作为评价蚕豆对除草剂咪唑乙烟酸耐受性的指标。Based on the investigation of the dominant weed community of the faba bean field in the Hexi irrigation region of Gansu Province,68 faba bean germplasm resources were used as test materials to identify the resistance of faba bean to the post-emergence herbicide imazethapyr.The results showed that applying 5%imazethapyr 2500 ml/hm^(2)at the threeleaf stage of faba bean caused varying degrees of phytotoxicity after 40 days.Eight materials were resistant to imazethapyr,representing 11.76% of the 68 bean germplasm resources.23 materials were moderately tolerant to imazethapyr,accounting for 33.82% of the materials tested.There were 32 moderately sensitive materials and 5 sensitive materials to imazethapyr,representing 47.06% and 7.35% of the total,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that plant height,pod number,and yield could be used as an important index to evaluate the tolerance of faba bean to the herbicide imazethapyr.
