摘　　要：在我国,恶性肿瘤已经成为导致居民死亡的主要原因之一,但其发生发展机制尚未完全阐明,并且急需找出新的治疗靶点和手段。整合素(integrin, ITG)是一种能够介导细胞与细胞之间、细胞与基质之间相互黏附的一类细胞膜上的跨膜糖蛋白。研究证明,整合素是由α与β两个亚基组成的一种在肿瘤新生血管中特异性高表达、而在正常组织血管中低表达甚至不表达的异二聚体。近年来,国内外大量的研究证明,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中,整合素αvβ3的表达与其密切相关,并且在肿瘤的治疗及诊断中具有重要意义。本文主要就整合素αvβ3与肿瘤的关系进行概述。In China,malignant tumor has become one of the main causes of death,but its mechanism of occurrence and development has not been fully clarified,and it is urgent to find new therapeutic targets and means.Integrin(ITG)is a kind of transmembrane glycoprotein that can mediate the adhesion between cells and between cells and matrix.Studies have shown that integrins are produced byαAndβA heterodimer composed of two subunits,which is specifically highly expressed in tumor neovascularization and low or even not expressed in normal tissue vessels.In recent years,a large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that integrin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.The expression ofαvβ3 is closely related to it,and it is of great significance in the treatment and diagnosis of tumors.This article focuses on integrinαvβ3.Summarize the relationship with tumor.
