摘 要:青光眼是由于眼压升高导致视网膜神经节细胞进行性改变为特征的视神经病变,是全球顽固性失明的主要原因。目前对于晚期青光眼手术治疗是必要的,其中滤过手术是青光眼手术治疗中应用最广泛的一种,可以有效降低眼压,改善病情,但术后随着伤口愈合的进展,结膜下瘢痕和巩膜瓣纤维化导致的滤过功能衰竭往往会导致手术失败。所以研究瘢痕形成的过程、机制以及术中使用安全性高、毒性低的抗瘢痕药物对于提高手术成功率、减少并发症具有重要的意义。本文现对抗瘢痕化治疗的研究进展进行综述。Glaucoma is generally caused by elevated intraocular pressure leading to progressive changes in retinal ganglion cells characterized by optic neuropathy,is the main cause of global refractory blindness.At present,it is necessary for the surgical treatment of advanced glaucoma.Filtration surgery is the most widely used type of glaucoma surgery,which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and improve the condition.However,with the progress of wound healing,the filtration failure caused by subconjunctival scar and scleral flap fibrosis often leads to surgical failure.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the process and mechanism of scar formation and the use of anti-scarring drugs with high safety and low toxicity to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce complications.This article will review the research progress of antiscarring therapy.
