摘  要:介绍了镍铝青铜C63000的物理特性、化学成分及力学性能,分析了合金元素对材料性能的影响。通过对C63000材料的焊接性进行分析后采用GTAW、选择了Mn含量相对稍高、其它成分与母材相当的焊丝进行了试验,并采取了焊前预热、焊前及层间清理等措施进行了焊接工艺评定,结果显示焊缝无裂纹和气孔缺陷,理化试验合格,此工艺成功应用在产品焊接上。在制订封头成型工艺前,制定了不同的热处理温度下的材料性能对比试验,结果显示在675℃成型时强度和延伸率最佳,后成功应用在封头成型中。This paper introduces the physical properties,chemical composition and mechanical propetrties of nickel-aluminum bronze C63000,and analyzes the effect of alloying elements on the properties of the material.After analyzing the weldability of the C63000 material,GTAW was used,and the welding wire with a relatively high Mn content and other components equivalent to the base metal was used to conduct the test.Welding process qualification was carried out,the results showed that the weld had no cracks and porosity defects,and the physical and chemical tests were qualified.This process was sccessfully applied to product welding.Before formulating the head forming process,the material properties were compared and analyzed after different heat treatment temperatures were established.The results showed that the strength and elongation were the best when forming at 675 C,and it was successfully applied to the head forming.
