摘  要:针对1000MW超超临界机组启动过程中,存在冷态启动锅炉和汽轮机参数匹配性差和热态启动给水温度较难满足与锅炉金属温度差要求的问题。以1000MW机组为例,开展此问题的系统性专题研究,研究结果表明:发现主要问题是新建机组锅炉启动回收系统疏水温度偏低,热量不足,造成冷态启动时间增加,锅炉侧汽温高于汽轮机侧要求;热态启动给水加热量不足,给水温度较难满足锅炉省煤器上水温度的要求。为此,组织对国内外锅炉启动系统疏水回收方式分析,提出了运行调节和优化措施,并且实际应用效果较好,以及提出了未来的该系统的改进措施建议,对于在役、新建、扩建机组设计具有参考作用。In the start:up process of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit.there are some problems such as poor matching between cold start-up boiler and steam turbine,and hot start-up feedwater temperature is difficult to meet the requirement of temperature difference between boiler and metal.This paper takes 1000 MW unit as an example to carry out a systematic monographic study on this problem,The results show that the main problems are found to be the low drainage temperature and insufficient heat in the start-up recovery system of the newly-built unit boiler,resuling in the increase of the cold start:up time,the side steam temperature of boiler is higher than that of Turbine,and the feed water temperature of boiler economizer is dfficult to meet the requirement of the water temperature of boiler eonomizer due to insuficient heating quantity of hot start.up water.To this end,the Organization of the start-up systerm at home and abroad of the boiler drain recowery mode analysis,the operation of regulation and optimization measures,and the actual application of good results,8 well as the proposed future improvement measures of the system.it can be used as a reference for the design of in service,newly built and extended units.
