摘 要:随着国家日益严格的排放标准,国内火力发电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫普遍取消了传统GGH(烟气换热器)。吸收塔出口的饱和湿烟气由于烟气温度较低,烟气从烟囱出口排出时部分冷凝形成液滴,且难以有效抬升、扩散到大气中,形成烟囱雨现象,严重影响周围环境和居民生活。从多个方面系统分析成因和治理措施,最大程度上控制和降低工程出现烟囱雨的可能性。With the increasingly stringent national emission standards,the traditional GGH has been generally canceled for FGD system in fossil-fired power plants.Due to the low temperature of the saturated wet flue gas at the outlet of the absorber,the flue gas is partially condensed to liquid droplets when discharged from the stack,and it is ifficult to efectively lift and diffuse into the atmosphere,forming the phenomenon of stack rain,which seriously affects the surrounding environment and residents lives.This paper systematically analyzes the causes and treatment measures from various aspects to control and reduce the probility of stack rain to the greatest extent.
