摘 要:为了研究玻纤滤料的驻极过滤性能,通过火焰喷吹法生产超细无碱玻纤,并制备2种不同过滤等级的超细无碱玻纤过滤材料。以电晕驻极的方式对制备的试样施加静电,对比驻极前后试样的过滤性能,研究驻极工艺对滤料过滤性能的影响,测试分析试样驻极后的电荷存储稳定性。结果表明:超细无碱玻纤滤料在驻极作用下,过滤效率有大幅提升,过滤阻力保持不变,在一定范围内,过滤效率随着驻极电压、驻极时间的增加而增加;但是驻极后一段时间内静电衰减严重,指出玻纤成分改性可能是延长静电衰减的方法之一。In order to study the electret filtration performance of glass fiber filter material,the superfine E-glass fiber was fabricated by flame-spraying method.Two kinds of superfine alkali free glass fiber filter materials with different filter grades were prepared.The filtration performance of samples before and after electret was compared.The effect of the electret process on the filtration performance of the filter media was studied.The charge storage stability of the sample after electret was tested and analyzed.The results showed that under the role of the electret,the filtration efficiency of ultrafine alkali-free fiberglass filter material had increased signif-cantly,and the filtration resistance remained unchanged.In a certain range,the filtration efficiency increased with the increase of electret voltage and electret time;However,the static electricity had a certain attenuation in a period of time after electret.It was pointed out that the modification of glass fiber composition may be one of the methods to prolong the electrostatic attenuation.
