摘　　要：目的了解疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRG)付费制度的发展及其对军队医院的影响,为军队医院应对新的医保支付改革及更好地加强医院管理提供参考。方法对DRG付费制度的初衷及实施手段进行分析,结合军队医院保障对象、运行模式、信息化水平等方面进行研究。结果DRG付费的普及是大趋势,军队医院引进DRG付费制度已成必然,相关研究仍未形成成熟体系,不能充分发挥DRG付费的优势。结论DRG付费制度对于军队医院来说,既是挑战也是机遇。军队医院应该牢记使命,主动作为,积极探索DRG付费模式在军队医疗体系的运用,实现为军服务、为战保障能力的不断提高。Objective To investigate the development of the diagnosis related grouping(DRG)payment system and its impacts on military hospitals,so as to provide good evidence for the reform of medical insurance payment in military hospitals and further strengthen hospital management.Methods Analyses were made on the original intention of the DRG payment system,and methods of implementation and researches were also made corresponding beneficiaries of military hospitals,operating mode and demends on informatization level.Results At present,the popularization of the DRG payment is a general trend,and the introduction of the DRG payment system into the military medical care system is inevitable.However,present research has not yet developed a mature DRG payment system in military hospitals,and no advantages are shown in the system so far.Conclusion The DRG payment system is both a challenge and an opportunity for military hospitals.Military hospitals should keep their missions firmly in mind,take initiative and actively explore the application of the DRG payment mode in the military medical system,so as to enhance further improvement in the ability to serve the military and increase combat effectiveness of military forces.
