浅谈建筑机电工程项目的安装管理

摘　　要：在过去几年中,中国城镇化水平实现了进一步提升,无论是建筑项目的规模、还是数量都呈现出显著的上升趋势。笔者在此系统研究了机电设施安装施工过程中存在的问题,并且在此基础上设计了质量管控工作的优化方案,借助质量管理的先进理论知识,结合项目工作经验与常见管理问题,对质量管理工作进行了全方位深度分析,概括了安装工作重点内容,以影响因素与工作策略为重点进行了分析,一方面提高机电设施运行的稳定性和安全性,另一方面促进中国建筑行业的长期和健康发展。In the past few years,China’s urbanization level has been further improved,and both the scale and number of construction projects have shown a significant upward trend.The author systematically studied the problems existing in the installation and construction process of mechanical and electrical facilities,and based on this,designed an optimization plan for quality control work.With the help of advanced theoretical knowledge of quality management,combined with project work experience and common management problems,the author conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of quality management work,summarized the key content of installation work,and analyzed the influencing factors and work strategies as the focus,on the one hand,it improves the stability and safety of the operation of mechanical and electrical facilities,and on the other hand,it promotes the long-term and healthy development of China’s construction industry.
