医用200目活性炭脱色DEHCH粗品的工艺方法研究

摘  要:绿色增塑剂环己烷-1,2-二羧酸二异辛酯(DEHCH)常用于医疗器械、儿童玩具等,质量要求高,需要对产品中的有色杂质进行严格的控制。医用200目活性炭脱色未稀释DEHCH粗品中有色杂质的工艺方法选择先离心后抽滤的方式,以粗品为参比计算脱色率。确定了活性炭脱色DEHCH的最佳条件为:活性炭用量为DEHCH粗品质量的6%,吸附时间为40 min,吸附温度为60℃;活性炭吸附脱色率为20%,酸值由0.68降到0.15。吸附去除的有色杂质成分多为含氧、含氮或含氯等元素的环状不饱和化合物。实验室中活性炭脱色DEHCH粗品的系统研究,对工业上DEHCH脱色方法的优化有一定的指导意义。Green plasticizer di(2-ethylhexyl)-1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylate(DEHCH)has been used in many fields,such as medical devices,children’s toys,etc.The quality requirements of DEHCH are very high,so the colored impurities in products need to be strictly controlled.In the process of decolorizing non-diluted DEHCH crude with medical 200 mesh activated carbon,the method of centrifugation followed by filtration was selected.In the calculation of decolorization rate,the DEHCH crude was used as a reference.The optimum conditions of DEHCH crude by activated carbon were determined as follows:the amount of activated carbon is 6%of the crude product,the adsorption time is 40 min,the adsorption temperature is 60℃,the decolorization rate is 20%,and the acid value decreased from 0.68 to 0.15.The removed colored impurities by activated carbon included some compounds containing oxygen,nitrogen or chlorine in the best conditions.The systematic study on the decolorization of activated carbon DEHCH crude in laboratory has certain guiding significance for the optimization of the decolorization method of DEHCH in industry.
