摘 要:针对细分曲面加工技术中轨迹规划所影响的加工精度问题,研究了一种基于形态学图像处理的细分曲面加工技术。通过计算极限顶点位置坐标,提取特定组合形式的索引间隔,得到细分曲面的分辨率极限顶点网格坐标,在同心圆的拟合作用下直接求得各点的标定坐标,计算目标矩阵,获取内部奇异点内极限位置,利用形态学图像处理方法建立复杂曲面精细切割模型。设计加工算法,在平底铣刀的切削判别式下,得到一种新的细分曲面加工技术。仿真对比证明,该加工技术的加工精度优于对比的三种加工技术,减小了加工误差。Aiming at the problem of machining precision affected by trajectory planning in subdivision surface machining technique,a subdivision surface machining technique based on morphological image processing was studied.The coordinates of the limit vertex position were calculated,and the index intervals of specific combinations were extracted to obtain the grid coordinates of the limit vertex resolution of the subdivision surface.The calibration coordinates of each point were obtained directly under the fitting function of concentric circles,the target matrix was calculated,and the internal limit position of the internal singularities was obtained.A fine-cutting model of complex surfaces was established by the method of morphological image processing.In this paper,the machining algorithm was designed,and a new subdivision surface machining technique was obtained under the cutting discriminant of the flat-bottom milling cutter.The simulation results showed that the machining precision of this method is better than that of the three compared machining techniques,with a reduction of the machining error.
