景区绿道骑行者行为特征及体验研究——以千岛湖风景区为例

摘　　要：以“骑行天堂”千岛湖的绿道骑行者为例,采用内容分析法对千岛湖自行车旅游者所撰写的网络游记进行分析、归纳,从外在的行为特征和内在的骑行体验研究自行车旅游者的骑行游憩过程。其中,行为特征主要从样本结构、骑行过程活动、服务及设施需求等方面进行分析,骑行体验从动机、感知维度、情感分析等方面进行归纳。研究结果表明:(1)千岛湖自行车旅游者行为特征以骑行为核心延伸至其他相关活动;(2)自行车旅游者骑行动机为复合型。以推力因素即旅游者内在驱动力为主,其中放松身心、自我追求以及猎奇求异占主导;(3)千岛湖骑行的感知维度多元。包括“自然景观”“畅爽愉悦”“服务满意”“自我挑战”“身体感知”“社会联系”6个维度;(4)自行车旅游者对千岛湖骑行的情感倾向积极,满意度良好。基于网络游记的千岛湖自行车绿道骑行者的行为特征和骑行体验研究对目的地体育旅游发展及营销提供实践启示。This paper takes the greenway cyclists of the “cycling paradise” Qiandao Lake as an example, and the content analysis method is used to analyze and summarize the online travel notes written by Qiandao Lake bicycle tourists. Moreover, the paper studies the cycling recreation process of bicycle tourists from external behavioral characteristics and internal cycling experience. Among them, behavioral characteristics are mainly analyzed from sample structure, activities, service and facility needs, while cycling experience is summarized from motivation, perception and emotion. The results show firstly the behavioral characteristics of bicycle tourists take riding as the core and extend to other relevant activities.Secondly, the cycling motivation of bicycle tourists is compound.The thrust factor is the internal driving force of tourists, among which relaxation, self-pursuit and novelty seeking are dominant. Thirdly, the perception dimensions of Qiandao Lake cycling are diverse, including “natural landscape”, “free and pleasant feelings”, “service satisfaction”, “self-challenge”, “body perception” and “social connection”.Finally, bicycle tourists have positive emotional tendency towards and are satisfied with Qiandao Lake cycling. Ultimately, research on behavioral characteristics and cycling experience of Qiandao Lake bicycle greenway cyclists based on online travel notes can provide practical inspiration for the development and marketing of the destination sports tourism.
