摘 要:教练是运动队的领导者,必须营造运动队伍良好氛围来保证运动员的运动成绩。研究从社会认知理论出发,以教练行为评定系统为研究工具,实际观察教练的领导行为,探究教练领导行为对选手的知觉动机及满意度的影响。通过对福建、陕西两省的省级训练基地四个运动项目的问卷调查,研究发现,教练员在领导行为方面存在着显著差异,运动员的知觉动机、满意度方面也都具有显著性差异;教练领导行为能够显著影响运动员对于教练员的满意度;运动员所处的知觉动机状态能够影响自身对教练员的满意度。As the leaders of sports teams,coaches must set a good atmosphere to ensure the athletic performance.From the viewpoint of social cognition,the coaching behavior assessment system is used as a research tool to actually observe the leadership behavior of coaches,and explore the influence of coaches’leadership behavior on players perceptual motivation and satisfaction.Through questionnaires on four sports events on provincial training bases in Fujian and Shaanxi provinces,it is found that there are significant differences in leadership behavior of coaches,and significant differences in athletes perceptual motivation and satisfaction.Coaches’leadership behavior can significantly affect athletes satisfaction towards coaches;sthletes’state of perceptual motivation can affect their satisfaction towards their coaches.
