摘 要:目的探讨食管癌检验中肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)单核苷酸多态性及其血清水平的应用。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年2月本院食管癌患者156例为观察组,健康体检人员50例为对照组。统计分析两组基因型与等位基因频率、血清TRAIL(sTRAIL)水平,并统计分析观察组不同病理分期、细胞分化程度患者的TRAIL基因型及血清sTRAIL水平。结果观察组患者基因型1525GG/1588GG/1595CC、1525GA/1588GA/1595CT的比率均高于对照组,1595AA/1588AA/1595TT的比率低于对照组(P<0.05),等位基因1525G/1588G/1595C的比率高于对照组,1525A/1588A/1595T的比率低于对照组(P<0.05),血清sTRAIL水平低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者的血清sTRAIL水平高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(P<0.05),基因型1525GG/1588GG/1595CC、1525GA/1588GA/1595CT、1595AA/1588AA/1595TT患者的血清sTRAIL水平逐渐升高(P<0.05),但高分化、中分化、低分化患者的血清sTRAIL水平之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌检验中肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体单核苷酸多态性及其血清水平具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application of single nucleotide polymorphism and the serum level of tumor necrosis factor-associated apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)in the detection of esophageal cancer.Methods 156 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The genotype,allele frequency and serum TRAIL(sTRAIL)level of the two groups were analyzed.In the observation group,the TRAIL genotype of patients with different pathological stages and cell differentiation degree and the sTRAIL level of patients were analyzed,too.Results In the observation group,compared with the control group,the ratios of genotype 1525GG/1588GG/1595CC and 1525GA/1588GA/1595CT were higher;the ratio of 1595AA/1588AA/1595TT was lower(P<0.05);the ratio of allele 1525G/1588G/1595C was higher;the ratio of 1525A/1588A/1595T was lower(P<0.05),and the sTRAIL level was lower(P<0.05).The level of sTRAIL in patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱwas higher than that in patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳ(P<0.05).The sTRAIL level of patients with genotype 1525GG/1588GG/1595CC,1525GA/1588GA/1595CT,1595AA/1588AA/1595TT increased gradually(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in sTRAIL levels among patients with highly differentiated cells,moderately differentiated cells and poorly differentiated cells(P>0.05).Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphism and serum level of TRAIL have high application value in the detection of esophageal cancer.
