食管癌患者围化疗期主要照顾者疾病获益感的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探究食管癌患者主要照顾者的疾病获益感及其影响因素,为制定护理干预,提高食管癌患者主要照顾者疾病获益感提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,应用目的抽样法,于2021年12月至2022年5月,选择7名食管癌患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈深入了解食管癌患者主要照顾者疾病获益感体验及其影响因素。结果食管癌患者主要照顾者的疾病获益感体验可归纳为以下4个主题:疾病认知和能力提升,生活方式改变,社会支持增多,积极面对生活。结论食管癌患者的主要照顾者在照护过程中能够感知到疾病获益感,且受多种因素影响,医护人员应关注到食管癌患者主要照顾者的积极情绪,有针对性地对其进行干预,以促进患者及家属身心健康。Objective To explore the sense of benefit finding and its influencing factors in the primary caregiver of esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and to provide a reference for formulating nursing intervention and improving the sense of benefit finding for primary caregivers of the patients.Methods Using the phenomenological method of qualitative research and the objective sampling method,from December 2021 to May 2022,7 primary caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer were selected,and semi-structured interviews were used to deeply understand the sense of benefit finding and influencing factors in the primary caregiver of the patients.Results The sense of benefit finding primary caregivers of the patients can be summarized into the following 4 themes:increased disease awareness and competence,lifestyle changes,increased social support,positive approach to life.Conclusion The primary caregivers of the patients is able to perceive a sense of benefit finding during the caregiving process and is influenced by a number of factors.Medical staffs should pay attention to the positive emotions of primary caregivers of the patients and target their interventions to promote the physical and mental health of patients and their families.
