摘 要:研究了以ZnO为固硫剂,碳粉为还原剂,Na 2CO 3、NaCl混合物熔盐为熔炼介质,对脆硫锑铅矿进行固硫还原反应制备锑铅合金,并探讨了冶炼机制。结果表明:在900~1000℃下,固硫还原反应可以进行;熔渣中有ZnS生成,起到了固硫作用;在熔炼温度900℃、熔炼时间90 min、ZnO用量为矿石质量1.05倍、碳粉用量为矿石质量0.3倍、熔盐为反应物总质量3倍、熔盐组成为Na 2CO 3和NaCl质量比6∶4条件下,锑铅合金直收率达79%,其中锑质量分数为42%,铅质量分数为46%;该法可将矿石中的S元素以ZnS形式固定,避免了含硫废气的排放,且作为熔盐的Na 2CO 3和NaCl可再次回收,有利于实现环境友好和资源回收利用。With ZnO as sulfur fixing agent,carbon powder as reducing agent,Na 2CO 3 and NaCl mixture molten salt as smelting medium,the preparation of antimony lead alloy by sulfur fixation reduction reaction of jamesonite concentrate was studied,and the smelting mechanism was discussed.The results show that the sulfur fixation reduction reaction can be carried out at 900~1000℃.ZnS is formed in the slag playing a role in sulfur fixation.Under the conditions of smelting temperature of 900℃,smelting time of 90 min,ZnO dosage 1.05 times of ore mass,carbon powder dosage 0.3 times of ore mass,molten salt 3 times of the total reactant mass,and m(Na 2CO 3)∶m(NaCl)in molten salt of 6∶4,the direct yield of antimony lead alloy can reach 79%,and the antimony mass fraction is 42%and the lead mass fraction is 46%.This method can fix the S element in the ore in the form of ZnS,avoiding the emission of sulfur containing waste gas,and the Na 2CO 3 and NaCl as molten salt can be recycled again.And it is conducive to environmental friendly and resource recovery.
