摘 要:研究了用Purolite S930螯合树脂从白云鄂博选铌尾矿浸出液中吸附Sc^(3+),考察了树脂用量、溶液pH、吸附温度、吸附时间和不同价态(二价,三价)金属离子对Sc^(3+)吸附率的影响,并借助SEM-EDS、FT-IR、XPS对树脂吸附Sc^(3+)前后的形貌进行表征。结果表明:在树脂用量0.1 g/mL、溶液pH=1.2、吸附温度50℃、硝酸浓度0.144 mol/L、吸附24 h条件下,Purolite S930对溶液中Sc^(3+)的吸附率可达99%以上;溶液中金属阳离子的吸附顺序为Sc(Ⅲ)>Fe(Ⅲ)>Al(Ⅲ)>Mn(Ⅱ)>Ca(Ⅱ)>Mg(Ⅱ),其中,三价金属阳离子比二价金属阳离子对Sc^(3+)吸附影响更大;吸附过程中,Sc^(3+)与Purolite S930中的Na+发生离子交换反应,与—COO—产生螯合作用;吸附过程更符合准二级动力学模型。The adsorption of Sc^(3+)using Purolite S930 chelating resin from the leaching solution of niobium tailings from Baiyunebo was studied.The effects of resin dosage,solution pH,adsorption temperature,adsorption time,and different valence(bivalent,trivalent)metal ion on the adsorption rate of Sc^(3+)were investigated.The morphology of Sc^(3+)before and after adsorption was characterized by SEM-EDS,FT-IR and XPS.The results show that the adsorption rate of Sc^(3+)using Purolite S930 is more than 99%under the conditions of the resin dosage of 0.1 g/mL,solution pH=1.2,adsorption temperature of 50℃,nitric acid concentration of 0.144 mol/L and adsorption time of 24 h.The adsorption order of metal cations in solution is Sc(Ⅲ)>Fe(Ⅲ)>Al(Ⅲ)>Mn(Ⅱ)>Ca(Ⅱ)>Mg(Ⅱ).The trivalent metal cations have a greater effect on the adsorption of Sc^(3+)than divalent metal cations.During the adsorption process,Sc^(3+)has ion exchange reaction with Na+in Purolite S930 and chelates with—COO—.The adsorption process is more consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
