摘  要:研究了以绿色廉价的保险粉(H_(2)Na_(2)S_(2)O_(4))为还原剂、FeSO_(4)为铁源,制备纳米零价铁(nZVI)并用于吸附废水中Cr(Ⅵ),考察了nZVI投加量、初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度、模拟废水初始pH、反应时间和反应温度对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响,并通过XRD、SEM对nZVI进行表征,结合吸附动力学、吸附等温线和颗粒内扩散模型试验探究去除机制。结果表明:所制得nZVI物相主要为α-Fe;在初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度20 mg/L、nZVI投加量300 mg、吸附时间15 min、不调节pH条件下,用nZVI吸附1 L含Cr(Ⅵ)模拟废水,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为98.52 mg/g,去除率可达99.8%;吸附效果良好,且Cr(Ⅵ)的去除速率随温度升高而加快;nZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学模型。The preparation of nZVI with green and inexpensive insurance powder(H_(2)Na_(2)S_(2)_O_(4))as reducing agent and FeSO_(4)as iron source was studied,and it used for adsorbing of Cr(Ⅵ)from wastewater.The effects of nZVI dosage,initial Cr(Ⅵ)mass concentration,simulated wastewater initial pH,reaction time and reaction temperature on the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)were investigated.The nZVI was characterized by XRD,SEM,and the removal mechanism was explored in combination with adsorption kinetics.Adsorption isotherms and in-particle diffusion model tests explore removal mechanisms.The results show that the nZVI phase is mainlyα-Fe.Under the conditions of initial Cr(Ⅵ)mass concentration of 20 mg/L,nZVI dosage of 300 mg,adsorption time of 15 min and unregulated pH,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)can reach 99.8%and the adsorption capacity is 98.52 mg/g by simulated wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ)of 1 L.The adsorption effect is good,and the removal rate of Cr(VI)increases with increasing temperature.The adsorption process of Cr(Ⅵ)by nZVI conforms to Langmuir model and quasi-second-order dynamic model.
