摘 要:研究了采用碳热还原法制备载铁花生壳生物炭Fe Cl-PSBT,确定了最优合成条件,并用于吸附废水中的铀。通过XRD、XPS、SEM、BET&BJH等表征了不同热解温度下Fe Cl-PSBT表面形态、比表面积、铁的存在形式。考察了各因素对Fe Cl-PSBT去除废水中U(Ⅵ)的影响,分析了吸附动力学和吸附等温线。结果表明:在热解温度为900℃、溶液初始pH=5、初始铀质量浓度20 mg/L、Fe Cl-PSBT投加量0.7 g/L、反应温度25℃条件下,U(Ⅵ)去除率达96.85%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型;Fe Cl-PSB900中的Fe 0和花生壳炭(PSB)对废水中U(Ⅵ)的去除有一定协同作用。The preparation of ferro-loaded peanut shell carbon Fe Cl-PSBT by carbothermal reduction method was studied and the optimal synthesis condition was determined.And it was used to adsorb uranium from wastewater.The surface morphology,specific surface area and Fe presence of Fe Cl-PSBT at different pyrolysis temperatures were characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM and BET&BJH.The effects of various factors on the removal of U(Ⅵ)from wastewater by Fe Cl-PSBT were investigated,and the adsorption kinetics and isotherm were analyzed.The results show that under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature of 900℃,initial solution pH of 5,initial uranium mass concentration of 20 mg/L,Fe Cl-PSBT dosage of 0.7 g/L and reaction temperature of 25℃,the U(Ⅵ)removal rate can reach 96.85%.The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.The Fe 0 in Fe Cl-PSB900 and peanut shell carbon(PSB)have a certain synergistic effect on the removal of U(Ⅵ)from wastewater.
